Hung T. Nguyen (b. mm dd, yyyy) is a professor of mathematics at New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, USA.
He received his Ph.D. (1975) in mathematics from University of Lille, France.
Among his distinctions, awards and honors are: Distinguished Lukacs Visiting Professor of Statistics, Ohio State University at Bowling Green (2002) and 1999-2000 Westhafer Award for Excellence in Research, New Mexico State University, just to name a few.
He is interested in applied mathematics, namely mathematical statistics, probability theory, and fuzzy logic for intelligent systems.
