Ok - this is looking very good. I notice that the energy argument for the self similar scaling by Cook 2004 has been expanded. It would be useful to compare to the other self similarity argument which I believe requires fewer or no assumptions.
Looks good otherwise except for a missing reference which poses linear stability results for the problem with surface tension relevant to laboratory experiments. It is in Physics of Fluids by Livescu and references therein. I have still not recalled where I saw the Fermi article.

A sentence on the self-similarity argument has been added. It is noted that it only requires a single assumption.
