Dear Jorma,

I have some suggestions for (small!) changes and some additions to the text. I used the modern 'wiki-style' review, i.e. I just inserted them in the text. Everywhere I changed something substantial, you'll see a remark in red in the text (other people won't see this remark) Let me know if the changes are o.k. with you (if not, we should discuss these changes further; or you can just rephrase them to your own liking, and then I'll check again)
