All Scholarpedia articles and contributions must be scholarly. All users of the website should furthermore make an effort to be supportive of others and the contributions they make.

Scholarly articles

Every article published here should seem appropriate if it were to appear as an entry within Encyclopedia Britannica or as a brief review in a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal. Only some publications qualify as scholarly and peer-reviewed; many libraries maintain a list of scholarly journals that you may consult.
